In the event of a positive match the School Gate Guardian Software will display several pieces of information on the actual registered sex offender such as a photograph, body markings such as scars or tatoos, aliases he or she may go by, and the crimes they have committed.
This information is displayed almost instantly so your staff can determine if the potential match is a 'false positive'. If they determine it is a positive match a discreet warning system is in place that instantly sends a text message and an e-mail to key personnel in your district. This same discreet alert can also be sent to local law enforcement

Emergency Response Features
School officials can instantly view and print a facilities visitor log from any School Gate Guardian workstation or any PC running the School Gate Guardian Administrative Module. This log includes the visitor's photograph, the time they entered, who they are there to see, and their destination in the building. This log is a very valuable piece of information for key district personnel or local law enforcement in the event of an emergency or a lockdown.
Self-Expiring Visitor ID Badge
Easily print a Visitor ID badge with the click of a button! The vistors Photo, Name, Time of Visit, Person Visiting, and Visiting Location are printed on the badge along with a unique bar code.
The visitor simply places the badge on his or her shirt. When the visitor checks out, the bar code is scanned from the badge and the badge is then discarded by school staff.
The visitor badge incorporates self-expiring technology by displaying a bright red stop sign 12 hours after the badge has been issued. This prevents someone from keeping their badge and attempting to use it at another facility or another time.
Frequent Visitor Key Tags
Frequent visitors to your facilities such as volunteers or the person who fills your vending machines can be
issued a 'frequent visitor key tag'. This is a laminated bar-coded key tag that can be conveniently placed
on a key chain so when your frequent visitor enters one of your facilities they can simply hand the receptionist
the key tag to be scanned by the School Gate Guardian system.
Once the software recognizes the bar code the
frequent visitor's photograph will be displayed so the receptionist can confirm the visitor's identity.
Once this occurs the system will instantly print a visitor's badge. This feature greatly streamlines the
check-in process.
Volunteer Tracking
Easily keep track of the Volunteers at your school. Mark a person as a Volunteer and be able to track when a person volunteered, for what event or reason the person volunteered, and the hours a Volunteer has accumulated.
Detailed Reporting
Run detailed reports for any particular time frame, whether it be last month, last week, or 5 minutes ago.
Numerous reports are available to see who, how often, and when people are visiting your school.
